Registration & Cancellation Policy

The name of the ticket holder will be on the registration list at the EWC Consultants Registration Desk upon arrival. Should you have to cancel, there are no refunds; however registration is transferrable meaning that you may pass your ticket along as a gift to a colleague.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of inclement weather, please visit Meetings Champions. All registrants will receive an email with program updates should the weather become an issue. Registrants who provided a cell number will receive a text message with updates of the status of the program cancellation or program delays also.
