The EWC Training Experience


EWC helps sales professionals perfect the art of salesmanship through customized training. In doing so, we employ ADAPT, EWC’s unique training methodology.

Unlike other sales consultants, EWC does not believe that one size fits all. We offer specialized tracks for two distinct audiences—sales professionals and corporate leaders. Through these tracks, our clients obtain access to workshops and seminars designed to provide a practical training experience based on their needs. Our workshops are highly interactive, incorporating activities such as role-play and peer discussions. They are intimate, limited to 10 participants. Most importantly, our trainings allow participants to zero-in on the nuts and bolts of sales issues that impact their performance.

Our Focus on Results

Like any business investment, employee training must show a positive return on your company’s investment. That is why EWC’s engagement with clients doesn’t begin and end with the workshop. We conduct an assessment of the sales team and the organization prior to training, provide guidelines and action items on how to enhance performance during training, and perform 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day follow-ups to evaluate the organization’s progress.
